The wonderful thing about a license for the ECS Business Model is that there are no territory restrictions of any kind, (with the exception of ECS’ home territories in South Florida.) This means that you are free to expand your utility-bill auditing business as you see fit and wherever you choose. This also means that other licensees may be competing with you in a given market. However, if you realize that market is saturated, you may simply concentrate your time and energy in a different area.
Yes. After 10 years, the license expires and will have to be renewed in order to continue operating your business.

You are absolutely free to run your business as you see fit. Unlike franchising, licensees are not tied to the ECS name in any way. In fact, you will be operating completely under your own name, with your own logo.
